Our Service Coverage
We have the capability to functionally test, diagnose, repair, upgrade firmware and recover strategies on IQ2, IQ3, IQ4, IQL, IQEco and IQView product iterations. In addition, we cover more obscure Trend Products. Just ask us for a quotation!
Our Process
All service requests are subjected to a full functional test using specialist test ware developed by the Manufacturer. These include UPDN, IQL Tool, WUPDN, SET and Embedded Test Routines contained in the Products. We also have the tools to soak test Products where intermittent failures are suspected.


Lead Time
We understand that when your BMS controller fails, you need it to be up and running as soon as possible. Many of our Clients sites have a critical need for the BMS to be fully-functioning. Our turn around time is four working days. This can be faster at no additional cost if your request is urgent...we adapt to your individual needs!
